Built for law firms

Your matters. Your team. AI you can put your name on.

A firm-level platform, not a single-seat tool. Set up your firm, invite your attorneys and paralegals, control who sees which matter — then use evidence-grade AI on documents that never leave your firm’s own private knowledge base.

No subscription · pay only for what you run · your data is never used to train a model

AI TOOLS
Court-ready · Tamper-proof · Auto-deleted in 24h

The toolbox

One firm account, one secure platform. Every tool runs under the same permissions, billing and audit trail — so adding a tool never means adding another vendor review.

Evidence extraction

Deterministic. You upload an export, we parse it and produce integrity-hashed, court-ready reports. No model decides what your evidence says. Each tool states how long it keeps your data.

Email Discovery Review

Read an entire mailbox export, search it exhaustively, and produce exactly what is responsive.

  • Every message read, so “these words appear nowhere in this export” is a finding rather than a failed search
  • Attachments read too, by OCR where there is no text layer — and anything unreadable is disclosed, never skipped
  • Bates-stamped production PDF, per-message exhibits on the same numbers, native attachment files and a hashed manifest
  • Counted and quoted before you pay; searching and productions are included

from $199.99

per mailbox — a MINIMUM, not a fixed price. It covers an ordinary mailbox and rises with the number of messages. You see the figure, and the counts behind it, after a free scan and before you pay.

Your data: An unpaid upload is deleted after 48 hours by an hourly sweep. A paid collection is retained evidence and is kept until you delete it; a production expires after 30 days and can be rebuilt at any time.

See how it works

Matter intelligence

AI agents that read every document in one matter — all of it, not a search of it — cite each finding to its source, argue with themselves through a critic, and release nothing until a supervising attorney approves. Documents stay for the life of the matter.

Built for how you actually work

One product underneath, and it reads every page you give it whatever the matter is. Start from your practice to see what that is worth in your files — the documents it reads, what reading all of them surfaces, and what a finding looks like.

For the whole firm

Set up your firm once. Everything runs inside it.

Most legal AI is sold a seat at a time. This is built the way a firm actually works: matters, teams, and who is allowed to see what.

Your firm, your users

Invite attorneys, paralegals and staff. Passwords are handled by AWS Cognito — you never see them, and neither do we.

Matters, not folders

Documents live in a matter with its own team. Being in the firm doesn't mean seeing every matter.

Roles you can shape

Six roles out of the box, and you can re-cut any of them — or override a single person — without waiting on us.

An audit trail

Who invited whom, who changed a permission, who approved an analysis. Append-only, and it never records your documents’ contents.

An attorney signs off. Always.

Matter analysis is reviewed by an AI critic, then stops and waits for a supervising attorney. Nothing is written until someone signs off.

Pay per use — priced per tool

Every tool does a different job, so each one is priced for that job. There’s no monthly fee, nothing is charged until you run something, and you always see the cost before you run anything.

1. Pick a tool

Choose the tool for the job from the toolbox above.

2. See the cost before you run it

A price, shown with your balance before you commit — never after.

3. Pay for what you used

No monthly fee. Anything an analysis doesn't use is returned to your balance.

Legal Matter AI

An analysis is priced by the size of the matter you select, so you know the figure before you start. Your firm buys credit and each analysis draws down its price.

You see the price and your balance before every analysis, and you approve it. Uploading documents is charged separately, per page, and a second report in another language is half the analysis price.

From an approved analysis you can also order the documents that follow it — interrogatories, requests for production and admission, a deposition outline, a chronology exhibit, a privilege-log starter, a settlement summary, a demand-letter skeleton — each priced at a quarter or half the analysis, delivered in Word for you to finish and sign.

Custom tools & private installation

If your firm's work does not fit these three tools, we build the one that does. If your security policy says client files may not sit in a vendor's account, we install the whole platform inside your own AWS account.

  • A tool built around how your firm actually works
  • A private, single-tenant installation in your own AWS account
  • A fixed price in writing, after one 30-minute call

On request

quoted after a call

The figure depends on scope, so we will not invent one. If the shared platform already does what you need, we will say so on the call.

Why YourLegalAITools

Built for evidence, not just convenience — and specific about what each tool does with your data, because “secure” on its own means nothing.

Court-ready output

Reports carry a full chain-of-custody header and verifiable SHA-256 integrity hashes — built to support authentication, not just to look the part.

You decide how long data lives

Evidence extraction purges uploads and reports after 24 hours by design. Matter documents are different — they stay for the life of the matter, encrypted with your firm’s own key, and are deleted when you delete them. Each tool states its own retention on its page.

Isolated by construction

Each matter has its own private knowledge base. Another firm’s documents aren’t filtered out of your search results — they were never in the index being searched. Encrypted at rest and in transit, with short-lived download links.

How file integrity works

The plain-English version of the technology that makes our reports defensible.

Q. What is an “integrity fingerprint” (SHA-256)?

It’s a unique code calculated from a file — like a digital fingerprint. The same file always produces the same code, but if even one character changes, the code comes out completely different. We record this fingerprint so anyone can re-check it later and prove the file wasn’t altered.

Q. Why does that matter for evidence?

In court you often have to show that a backup or report is the real, unaltered one. Because the fingerprint changes the instant anything is edited, a matching fingerprint is strong, verifiable proof that the file is exactly the original — added, removed, or edited content would all show up.

Q. Can someone fake or reverse it?

No. SHA-256 is one-way — you can make a fingerprint from a file, but you can’t rebuild the file from the fingerprint, and it’s practically impossible to craft a different file with the same fingerprint. Think of it as a tamper-evident seal.

Q. Where do I see it?

Every source file and every generated report is fingerprinted. The codes appear on your downloads, inside each PDF’s chain-of-custody header, and in the extraction summary — so the proof travels with the evidence.

What actually happens to a matter

No black box. This is the whole pipeline, in order — every step is recorded, and the last one is a person.

  1. 1

You open a matter and add documents

Pleadings, contracts, depositions, correspondence, exports. Only the people you put on that matter can see them.

  2. 2

Each document is processed into its own private index

Text is extracted, split into passages, and indexed into a knowledge base that belongs to that matter alone — not a shared one with a filter on top.

  3. 3

    Specialist agents work the record

A reader takes in every selected passage, then separate analysts examine the facts, the legal issues, and — importantly — what the record is missing.

  4. 4

A critic argues with the result

A dedicated critic checks the analysis for unsupported assertions and gaps, and grades each objection before an attorney ever sees it.

  5. 5

The work stops and waits for an attorney

Nothing is finalised automatically. The run pauses until someone with approval authority reviews it and signs off — or sends it back with instructions.

  6. 6

You get a cited report and a record of the run

Every assertion points back to the source passage it came from, and the audit trail shows who ran it, who approved it, and what it cost.

The AI can only search the matter you opened. It cannot widen that scope, ask for another matter, or reach another firm’s documents.
