Custom builds

Your firm does something nobody else does. That is usually the thing worth automating.

YourLegalAITools is one shape of one problem: read the whole file, cite every line, let an attorney sign it. If your work has a different shape — an intake process, a document nobody else handles, a review workflow that exists only at your firm — that is a build, and building it is what we do.

You reach the person who would do the work. No qualification call, no sales team, no demo you have to sit through before anyone answers a question.

What we build

Every one of these exists in the platform already, which is the point: the parts are built and proven, and a custom engagement assembles them around how your firm actually works.

A workflow that matches your process

Intake, triage, review, sign-off — with the approval gate where your firm puts it, not where a product assumed it.

Your document types, read properly

If your practice turns on a form nobody else handles, the pipeline learns it: extraction, the fields that matter, and what it means when one is missing.

Output in your house style

Reports, letters, summaries — in your format, with your headings, carrying your citations. The product's discipline, your document.

Volume work, priced per unit

Whole-caseload sweeps, bulk extraction, recurring reviews. Metered and settled to actual usage, the same way everything else here is.

Isolation you can explain to a client

Per-matter separation, full audit trails, privilege recorded with who determined it and when. Not bolted on — how the platform is already built.

Somewhere for it to go wrong

Every build ships with the reporting channel this product has: your people flag what is wrong, from where they found it, and get an answer.

How it goes

  1. 1A call, 30 minutesYou describe the work. We say plainly whether the platform already does it, whether it is a small change, or whether it is a build — including when the answer is that you do not need us.
  2. 2A written scope, with a fixed priceWhat will exist, what it will cost, and when. Before anything is committed and before any invoice.
  3. 3Something usable earlyThe first working version goes in front of the people who will use it while it is still cheap to change. A build first shown at the end is a build that gets rejected at the end.
  4. 4It runs on the same platformSame isolation, same audit trail, same metering and ledger. You are not buying a prototype that lives on someone's laptop.

A private installation, for a firm that needs one

The shared platform already keeps each firm's matters in its own partition, under its own encryption key, with an audit trail the firm can read. For most firms that is the right answer. For a large firm whose own information-security policy says client files may not sit in a vendor's account, we install the whole platform inside your firm's AWS account instead.

It runs in your account, not ours

Your storage, your database, your encryption keys, your logs. We have no standing access to any of it. The software is the same software; the account it runs in is yours.

Your own AI capacity

Models are called through Amazon Bedrock inside your account, so prompts and documents stay within your own AWS boundary and appear on your own bill — nothing is pooled with another firm.

Installed, configured and handed over

We deploy it, connect it to your sign-on, migrate anything you already have with us, and train the people who will run it. You get the infrastructure definitions, so the installation is reproducible without us.

Supported, updated, and yours to leave

New versions are applied on a schedule you set rather than when we decide. If the arrangement ends, the installation keeps running — it is in your account and nothing phones home.

What it costs

Priced on request, because the number depends on things we cannot guess: how many people use it, which tools you want installed, whether you run it or we do, and what your security review asks for. We quote a fixed price in writing after one call, and we will tell you on that call if the shared platform would serve you just as well — it is cheaper for you and we would still rather have the customer.

What we will tell you that a sales team would not

  • •If the platform already does it, we will say so and you can sign up today for the price on the pricing page. That is the cheapest outcome for you and we would rather have the customer.
  • •If a language model is the wrong tool, we will say that too. A lot of legal work wants a form, a rule or a checklist, and dressing that up as AI makes it slower and less reliable.
  • •Nothing will promise an outcome. What we build produces work product a lawyer reviews and signs. Anyone offering software that decides a legal question is selling you a liability.

Start with the call. It costs nothing and it is short.

Bring the process that wastes the most time at your firm. Half an hour is usually enough to know whether there is something here worth building.
