Personal injury

The file is thick, and the gap is usually one document.

Liability is often admitted or obvious. What sinks a file is the absence of a record tying the injury to the date — and you find that out late, after the demand has gone out.

What you upload

  • • Complaints, answers and summonses
  • • Police and traffic-crash reports
  • • Medical records, treatment notes and bills
  • • Insurance declarations and correspondence
  • • Photographs, repair estimates and vehicle reports

PDFs, Word files, images and scans. Scanned pages are OCR’d, and you are told before that is charged.

What reading all of it surfaces

  • • Which elements of the claim the record does not make out — and which document would
  • • A policy whose effective date falls after the loss
  • • Every dated event in one chronology, with both dates stated rather than an interval asserted
  • • Evidence against your position, which the report is required never to omit

What a finding reads like

“Causation — not supported. Nothing in this record links the claimed injuries to the collision. This record contains no medical records, treatment notes, diagnostic reports or bills of any kind. Would help: records from treating physicians, or a physician narrative tying symptoms to the collision date.”

An illustration of the form, not a result from a real matter. Note what it does and does not say: it describes this record, it names the document that would answer the gap, and it never says the claim succeeds or fails. That wording is enforced in the product, not a house style.

Case types in personal injury

These carry a full element pack: the analysis checks each element the claim has to make out and tells you which ones your documents do not support.

Also selectable in personal injury. These have no element pack yet — the analysis runs in full exactly as it otherwise would, which is why an incomplete list costs you nothing.

  • Medical malpractice
  • Product liability
  • Wrongful death
  • Trucking / commercial vehicle
  • Nursing home neglect

How a matter runs

  1. 1 Upload the fileEverything you hold on the matter. You are quoted per page before anything is charged.
  2. 2 Say what to focus onOne question in plain English. The report covers the whole record either way — your question decides what it leads with.
  3. 3 Every selected page is readNot searched — there is no skipping and no sampling. A reader takes in every passage, three analysts work over it, and you are told exactly how much of your file was examined.
  4. 4 You approve itNothing is written until a supervising attorney signs off — and the report carries their name.

A typical matter costs $49.99–$199.99 to analyse — quoted and confirmed before it runs, then settled to what was actually used, with the remainder returned. Full pricing.

Does personal injury need something this does not do?

Then say so. We build custom AI for firms whose workflow does not fit a general-purpose product, and the conversation starts with a call rather than a form.

Start with one matter and see.

You are shown the cost and approve it before anything runs.

Legal Matter AI produces AI-assisted attorney work product requiring professional review. It is not legal advice and not a determination on the merits. Elements are what a claim commonly requires — not the law of any jurisdiction.
