Email discovery

Every message read. Then produced.

Upload a mailbox export and we read it — every message, every attachment, including the text inside scanned PDFs. You search it exhaustively, select what is responsive, and download a Bates-stamped production with the native files and a hashed manifest.

Because nothing is skipped, “these words appear nowhere in this export” is a finding rather than a failed search. That is the sentence a keyword tool cannot give you.

From $199.99 per review. Searching and productions are included — you pay once for the mailbox.

How it works

Upload the export

Google Takeout, Outlook, Thunderbird and 25 more. Up to 5 GB a file, resumable, so a dropped connection continues rather than restarting.

A free scan, then a quote

We count the messages and attachments before you pay, because the price depends on them. No charge until you accept, and the per-file counts are shown so a short export is obvious in one second.

Search it two ways

Exact words reads every message, so a zero is a finding. Related meaning ranks by sense, and finds mail that never uses your words. Which you used is shown on every result.

Produce what you select

A Bates-stamped PDF, an exhibit index, one PDF per message, the native attachment files, a CSV load file and a SHA-256 for every item. Up to 2,000 documents.

What makes a production defensible

It records how it was found

The cover page states the search that selected these documents and whether the whole collection was read. “These eleven messages” is uncheckable; “these eleven, found by an exhaustive search across all 23,826” is not.

Attachments as the files they are

The original is produced, byte for byte, not a transcription of it. Each one states how its text was obtained — read, recovered by OCR, or not readable — because that is what a search could see.

It claims nothing it cannot

The production states its methodology factually. It asserts no legal conclusion and does not certify admissibility: that is the court’s decision, and authentication is the attorney of record’s.

What we can prove, and what we cannot

We can prove we read the export you uploaded: the counts reconcile, every message is accounted for, and anything we could not read is disclosed rather than skipped. We cannot know that the export captured the whole mailbox — a message deleted before it was taken, sent from another account, or in a folder the export left out never entered the file. The per-file counts are shown beside your quote so a short export is obvious before you pay.

Pricing and retention

$199.99

per review, minimum

Quoted from the scan before you pay, and most mailboxes are the minimum. Searching, reading and productions are all included: you pay once for the mailbox, not per search.

How long we keep things

  • An unpaid upload is deleted after 48 hours. If you decline the quote we do not keep your client’s mail.
  • A paid collection is kept until you delete it. It is retained evidence, and no scheduled job removes it.
  • A production expires after 30 days, or when you delete it. It can be rebuilt from the collection at any time.
